How to make such sound-new topic about constructing sounds

Ok.

I guess everyone of us at least few times heard sound that totally smacked him.Lets make this post a post where we can paste examples and try to learn ,explain etc.

I am interested with this sound with which this song starts.I dont want to copy,i just want to know how they made it so thick,warm etc.

I hear there reverb,but what more ?

I guess short decay, short release,fast attack set in synth + reverb .
But any details ?Ideas ?

Sometimes i managed to get somewhere near using arpegiattor function and putting really short notes in piano roll.

But this sound is perfect.With reverb it fills enough space to make it groovy and danceable just with damn kick sound.

Sounds like a sawtooth patch with some saturation to dirty it up a bit. A lot of it too is the compression they are using to gel that sound with the kick so it's groovy. You don't need an arpegiator, I recommend just writing it by hand.
