Came across this guy's site. He's giving away royalty free samples. Claims that he's done them himself and there's no copyright restrictions at all. Whether that's true or not....you be the judge.

I've downloaded his FX pack and wasn't too impressed, but will check the others; must be a few gems in there.

i cgecked minimal voices.a lot of them seems to be cut from movies etc,so you know,surely they are not totally legal to use in commercial productions....though a lot of processing will do the trick
