Sorry for the late reply...

Nice stuff you've got going on, lots of interesting musical elements which is always good.

On the first clip, near the end where the b-line and congas come in I'd work on the timing of those a bit to add some syncopation (similar to what you did with the cowbell which I think comes in on the second clip) to give it some more push rhythmically.

On the second clip I'm not totaly convinced on the notes used for that gated riff, it seems to be hitting a bit discordant in places.

In clip three I love the change up that happens after the first intro part. I;d only suggest you find some warmer/lusher sounds for that string pattern as the one now is a little scratchy and doesn't support the actual vibe as well as maybe it could. Either that or add some reverb delay to it to smooth it and layer something warmer underneath as overallits a great chord progression and could be worked to a higher level.

Somewhat similar advice on the last mix, the piano line is cool but again the sound is a bit tinny. Also some of the stuttery drums could be thinned out and filtered/effected (especially the kick) to help move things along.

Had a listen to your track as well, sounds a little like something Luke Fair might play, I like it.

I'd change the kick to something punchier and less pillow I actually jumped back in my seat when it came in due to having the moniters up loud hehe) as this would tighten up the mix and make it gel more with the staticco bass parts you have.

you've got some very William Orbit (yes you can all shoot me later for that comment) things going on. I would agree with Meds additionally i think fatter/in-yer-face kicks would also make the tracks stand out more.

hey guys, thanks for the feedback and tips I will definatley take these on board! For me, these tracks are from a few months ago, I just thought Id post them for you to check out, of course ive been working on new things since then and Im getting to the point where Im even happier with the results! Ive always felt that my tracks should be big and diverse with many different elements - so I guess im still finding my way there, discovering the right formula.
