New Ohmforce one is really cool, although fairly complex. Called Ohmicide I think. For for typical stuff I'm really loving the Inflator now.

Is the inflator a waves plug-in?

It's made by Sonnox.
thank you sir!
DL'd a demo of Ohmicide, holy shitake!! a bit complex was an understatement!!!! but a VERY cool interface..... i'm sure the results are too it's just not easy to figure out, ha-ha.

Ya their gui's are always cool but hard to understand. I want to take a look at that one more too though.
If you just need to saturate a bit for analog sound then that's what the Inflator was made for.

don't forget to try some handy guitar distortion pedals too. I've been running some vst's or samples through a series of guitar pedals lately to get some really unique and fat sounds.
cheap, hands on, and no complicated GUI's! obviously don't put them on your master- this is for processing individual tracks or samples only

yeah, Lord knows i've got plenty of them lying around my house...

Had loads too but sold them all except for one, DOD Env Filter for Bill Laswell style sub bass.
