do you have the link?

It's on google videos somewhere. He doesn't say much other than he uses either 16b or 16c 'quantasize' and then you see him play a riff that gets quantized wrong a couple times before he gets it right. I think he gives the impression that somehow the quantize is not right when really its the notes aren't being played correctly and thats why they end up on the wrong grid spot.
Good tip he gives though is about using audio to see the waveforms, I use that a lot myself to help time parts.

Yes Medawy You are right, but i think it is best in those videos. This guy there is so "true" .No pretending or "i am the superstar, you are just a retard that tries to learn from my vid" attitude.Really nice to watch.
Offcourse it is not any encyclopedia of knowledge ,also he is not uncovering any of his "secret weapons",but this series of videos with them is really good .Anyone can surely notice some usefull stuff there.
For example i learned from watching Angellos vid that actually i can produce with already "mastering" chain applied. Then i studied also some eric prydz words etc,and it pushed me towards experimenting with plugins on masterbus ,and now boom,i am able on my own to create something that sounds not tragic without pro mastering.
It is surely motivating ,to search for something new,try on your own etc, when you have no professional education in this direction and just try to learn on your own ,or discover something usefull.

Przechuy,
I agree the videos are useful, you can pick up a little bit from each one and piece them together. My comment was more directed to the specific of quantization as being discussed in another thread. And I'd most of the ones I've seen the producers are not being too 'superstar' but I'm sure there are some out there.

After I've recorded the midi part, quite often I'll turn snap to grid off, zoom right in, and move separate midi notes manually instead of using quantize. I think this sounds better as quantize sounds too perfect a lot of times.

Couple Q's re: the Angello vid
May be a silly question because the obvious answer is the pitch control, but at at 12.38 what part of the synth is he manipulating?
Also at 12.30 the bass really changes in texture, how did that happen?
And at 15.27 he does something..was that filter res or what?

At 12:38 it's the pitch of one of the oscillators. Hard to see in the vid but that's where the osc octave switch is.
12:30 just sounds like the filter cutoff was lowered.
15:27 just before that he is raising the octaves up, then back down and then adding noise which gives it that gritty texture.
