I have a folder now with fxb and fxp's to try and keep up with them but everytime I go to load a preset in Live it seems like a search mission to remember where they are. Soundtoys doesn't even support Live's implementation yet so seems to say something about it.

i'll be back with my waves version and os version once i get home today.
I'd hate to have to pay for the silly waves update plan just so my plugins can work in Live 8.

Just realized, presets on vsts in live 8 on a mac are not showing up (majority of them at least), but the AU are, that solved the PPG issue.
Edit: For some reason Waves AU version are not showing the presets from the drop down menu in the plug in device browser, but are still accessible by pressing the Load button at the top of the actual plug in's interface.

Thats strange, however i suppose its not that big of an issue, Im glad we get to use both cause some of my AUs wont show up as VSTs and vice versa.

Hi will check that tip out. When I use as external I think it's been ok. When I freeze and flatten though there is just a few ms of delay. But maybe this will help.

Hi there ,
I am having a major latency issue here syncing 2 mac book pros with a Lemur and a fader fox Lv1 . As the ethernet is already taken by the lemur , what is the next alternative to sync the 2 macs as we intend to do a live Dj set together.
Is there a alternative to set this up another way without inner clock or is there a software /programme that would help ? Or is this a impossible set up ?
Thanks !!!

Hi if you had a digital connection it might be possible to sync it that way. I know at least Cubase had this option years ago.
I would have to check to see if Live does though.
